All bookings are secured with a 50%, non-refundable, retainer or payment in full. All owing balances are due 7 days before the booking date.

Cancellations on confirmed bookings with paid balances and at least 7 days' notice will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of a booking will result in full payment.

Payments

Payments are accepted via a credit card (Visa and Master Card only), upon approval of project details and a paid retainer.
